Driving to Southmark? - MTR works have closed Heung Yip Street.  To reach Tong Bin Lane from Ocean Park follow Police School Road and stay in the right hand lane to reach Nam Long Shan Road and Tong Bin Lane via Wong Chuk Hang Road.
