Driving to Southmark? - MTR works have closed Heung Yip Street.  To reach Tong Bin Lane from Ocean Park take the Wong Chuk Hang Road flyover west and turn left at the Police Station to reach Heung Yip Road and Tong Bin Lane via Nam Long Sham Road and Wong Chuk Hang Road east.
